This is a sample search results page, showing that 15 pieces of content matched what the user was searching for. Clicking on any column heading will resort the list. To view a document, simply click on it to open, or use the select box to select multiple documents, then click the “Action” button to tell SMARTCabinet® what you want to do with those items.
Document Check In
The capability to check documents in and out can be extended to any authorized user, enabling quick, secure access–from any location. User permissions and security rights are customizable and easily controlled, providing a simple gateway for multiple parties to access shared content.
SMARTCabinet® can be set to notify you via email when specific events happen to a piece of content. In this example the user is being notified that someone viewed the CPI Increase Letter. The intelligence value is huge. Receive discrete notification when disposition or recapitalization documents are being provided to perspective people or organizations. Gain knowledge of who is and who isn’t looking at the documents. You can even keep track of how many times they are looking at each document. Email notifications help you determine who is interested in your transaction.
SMARTCabinet® administrators will manage the content and users via the navigation links on the left side. On the right side we are showing a sample of various notification groups. Assigning users into notification groups allows SMARTCabinet® to immediately notify them via email when specific “events” happen to a piece of content — such as when monthly reports become available. Or it may notify the abstracting team that a new tenant lease has been checked in. As a convenience, SMARTCabinet® will not only notify them, it will provide the link to the document right in the email.
